Create a Bespoke Crystal Essence
Crystal essences are homeopathic remedies, made by energetically imprinting and charging water with the vibrational frequencies of crystals to balance mind, body and spirit.
Dosage:
- Mix 3 drops in a glass of cold or hot water and drink, 4 times daily. You can also apply the drops directly under your tongue, just be aware that the taste is stronger.- Add 18-24 drops of the essence to a bath,
