RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that custom made products are not eligible for exchanges or refunds, since they are made bespoke on request according to your requirements, unless the product is faulty.

Any parcel returned are at your own cost, we recommend that you obtain a free certificate from the Post Office, as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our premises. We are not responsible for any parcels lost in transit or left at post offices and will not be treated as returned.

Please include in your parcel your name, order number, and email and mention if you require a refund or replacement/exchange. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
