SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £50. Additional shipping options are available at an extra charge.

 

All  UK orders are shipped with UK Royal Mail: 

- Free Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2-3 working days), £3.49 
- Royal Mail First Class Signed for Shipping (1-2 working day), £5.00

Please make sure the shipping address is complete and correct, since we may otherwise need to contact you for additional details, which can delay the shipping. 

 

We are not liable for parcels delivered to addresses incorrectly stated on the order. A collection from the wrong address stated on the order has to be arranged by the customer as we are no longer in possession of the parcel. 

Please allow for 24-48 hours processing of your order before dispatch. Please note that all bespoke products are made to order, as per your request and this may effect when your order is dispatched. If additional processing time is needed, you will be notified via e-mail.
